Collection in store is encouraged rather than pay freight and also to experience our wonderful store in person, which cannot be recreated online. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

As a business and the importance of being environmentally friendly, we use recycled shipping boxes where possible. When your package arrives it is very likely it will be packaged in a recycled cardboard box. We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged safely, securely and with as much recycling as possible. Where possible we are also introducing biodegradable satchels.
Returns are accepted on full priced items, in original condition only. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days to return it to us for an online/store credit or exchange only, we do not refund.
Please email email@example.com to advise us of the item/s you would like to return and the invoice number it was sent to you on. Upon receipt of your return at Poppyshop, you will be issued with an online/store credit for the purchase price of the item on your original invoice. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Any items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements. We will contact you to discuss the matter further and work out a reasonable outcome.

Returns must be sent via Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within five (5) business days.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, product you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for. Or call directly 03 9347 6302 to discuss and arrange an alternative.
If we have the item in stock we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your return. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria listed above for what is deemed an ‘acceptable return’.
The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Any items that have been used are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will ship the exchange to you at our expense, with the exception of International exchanges, Freight charges will be incurred for the return exchange.

Poppyshop Toys & Gifts reserves the right to first replace the item. If a faulty/damaged item is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be offered via the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 5 business days.
A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unused in order for exchange or refund to take place.
