Each delectable pastille begins with a blend of powdered sugar for purity, Arabic gum, and tragacanth, gently mixed with water, natural cherry extract, and delicate colouring. The dough is patiently kneaded, then air dried for 36 hours to create the perfect texture and rich, consistent flavour.

Finished in Leone’s iconic original shape, the classic confectionary are as beautiful as they are delicious… a perfect nod to Italian confectionery tradition.
